About the Role

We are searching for a customer care Manager to join our growing team! As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they deliver exceptional service to our customers. You will play a key role in motivating and coaching your team to achieve and exceed customer satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing customer service team
• Coach and mentor team members to provide exceptional customer service
• Motivate and inspire your team to achieve and exceed set goals
• Monitor call quality and performance metrics
• Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes
• Address customer escalations and complaints
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a customer service role with minimum 1 year as a CC Manage / Team Lead (call centre experience a plus)
• Proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
