In order to be eligible for a refund, the client must raise the issue with the freelancer and provide clear evidence of the unsatisfactory service. The client must also allow the freelancer the opportunity to correct the issue and deliver the expected service.
Refund Process: If the client and freelancer are unable to resolve the issue, the client may request a refund by contacting our customer support team. The request for a refund must be made within 14 days of the original service delivery date. Our team will review the evidence provided by both parties and make a decision regarding the refund.
Refund Amount: If a refund is approved, the client will be refunded the full amount paid for the service. The refund will be processed within 14 business days of the approval date.
Disputes: If the client and freelancer are unable to reach an agreement, either party may escalate the issue to our customer support team. Our team will conduct an independent investigation and make a final decision regarding the refund.
Exceptions: We reserve the right to deny a refund request if we believe that the client has violated our terms of service or if the issue is caused by factors outside of our control.
